About Limartine
Limartine Angrand practises immigration, family and civil law at Belton Avocats, with a focus on refugee and asylum matters and civil cases involving racial profiling. She holds a law degree from the Université de Montréal and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2021. She co-founded the Clinique juridique de Saint-Michel with Fernando Belton in 2019 and serves as treasurer on its board. She appears regularly before the Superior Court and the Court of Quebec, and before the Refugee Protection Division, the Immigration Division, the Refugee Appeal Division, the Immigration Appeal Division and the Federal Court. She previously spent eight years working at a community organization before joining private practice.
