About Tara

Tara G. Tiefenbach is a partner at Boyes Tiefenbach Bannister Family Law Counsel LLP, where she has worked since the firm's founding in December 2015. She has practiced family law exclusively since 2007, mentored by Judy N. Boyes, and focuses on mediation and arbitration to help clients reach fair settlements, while maintaining a strong Court of King's Bench litigation practice when needed. Tara is a Dispute Resolution Officer for the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and has held Best Lawyers in Canada recognition in family law since 2019. She earned her LL.B. with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2006 and a Bachelor of Human Justice, with distinction, from the University of Regina in 2002, and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2007.
