About Jesse

Jesse Fear joined Kahane Law Office's family law group in 2022 after completing his articles with a general practice firm in central Alberta, where he gained experience in corporate and litigation work. Raised in a rural community near Calgary, he worked in construction, manufacturing, forestry, and the oilfield before law school, which shaped his practical approach to client disputes. His practice focuses on parenting, child support, and spousal support matters. During law school he volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada, providing civil legal assistance to low-income, self-represented individuals, and conducted independent research on the public trust doctrine as it applies to Canadian parks.
