About Tamara

Tamara Kirschner is a partner who brings a background in theatre to her litigation practice. After earning her JD from Western University in 2013, she joined a boutique insurance defence firm and was promoted from first-year associate to managing partner in under ten years. Following her former partner's retirement, she joined Moodie Mair Walker LLP, where she handles strategic litigation of complex civil and commercial matters for clients including local and international insurers, telecommunications companies, and constructors and suppliers. Her experience spans catastrophic injury, property damage, cargo, intentional torts, environmental disputes, toxic tort litigation, underground infrastructure, right-to-sue applications, and commercial property and general liability matters. She earned her BA from the University of Toronto in 2010.
