About Lexie

Lexie Cooper is an associate in Torkin Manes' Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, practicing civil and commercial litigation. Her work covers contractual and shareholder disputes, fiduciary obligation claims, commercial leasing and real estate disputes, provincial offences matters, and other business litigation. She represents corporations, developers, tenants, business owners, and individuals, and has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court. Before returning to the firm, she gained experience at a boutique law firm and in-house at a telecommunications company. Lexie summered and articled at Torkin Manes, was called to the Ontario bar in 2024, and holds a JD with distinction from Lincoln Alexander School of Law and a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
