About Talina

Talina Handel is a real estate lawyer at West Legal with an extensive background in civil litigation. She graduated from Thompson Rivers University's Faculty of Law in the top ten percent of her class, receiving multiple course prizes including in Contract and Family Law, and worked as a teaching assistant and as an editor of the Canadian Journal of Comparative and Contemporary Law. Prior to law school she worked as a Legal Services Officer for Legal Aid Alberta, assisting low-income Albertans, and she now represents the Canadian Bar Association's South Real Estate Section on the Alberta Real Estate Association's Forms and Practice Committee.
