About Gina

Gina Ross is a senior employment counsel at West Legal who was called to the Alberta Bar in 1989 and has practiced employment law for over 30 years. She advises both employees and employers on human rights issues, dismissals, and severance, and provides counsel on workplace investigations and governance. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for Labour and Employment Law since 2013 and was named a Leading Lawyer in Employment and Labour by Chambers Canada in 2026, and she chairs the Board of Epilepsy Southern Alberta.
