About Taahaa

Taahaa Patel maintains a broad litigation practice covering insurance defence, subrogation, insurance coverage, debt recovery, professional negligence, construction and product liability matters, with courtroom experience in both the BC Supreme Court and Provincial Court. During law school Patel earned the Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP Prize in Contract Law and ranked in the top 10 percent of the first-year class, and Patel serves as treasurer of the Canadian Muslim Lawyers Association - BC.
