About Suzanne

Suzanne has spent nearly 30 years advising public and private sector employers on their responsibilities under British Columbia's Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and Personal Information Protection Act, including privacy audits, breach response, and cybersecurity. She also has extensive experience in education and health law, representing healthcare and educational organizations in regulatory proceedings and contract negotiations. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers in Canada for privacy and data security law since 2019.
