About Jeremy
Jeremy Bryant has practised with Banister & Company since 2017, having previously articled and worked as a summer student with the firm. He has represented clients before administrative tribunals including labour arbitrations, the BC Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Employment Standards Branch, and the Workers' Compensation Appeal Tribunal. He teaches labour law for the Canadian Labour Congress's Winter School and the Vancouver & District Labour Council, and has volunteered as an Ombudsperson for BC Hockey. Before law school, he served as Provincial First Vice President of the BC Ferry & Marine Workers' Union. He graduated from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC in 2016, where he competed in the National Labour Arbitration Competition and co-founded the Gordon Martin Labour Law Club.
