About Ravinder

Ravinder (Ravi) Bindra practises in the Corporate/Commercial and Commercial Real Estate & Development groups at Koffman Kalef, advising clients including school boards, developers, financial institutions, and government entities. His work covers property development, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, financing, and matters under the Real Estate Development Marketing Act, as well as business purchase and sale transactions, partnership formations, and reorganizations of private companies. Before joining Koffman Kalef, Ravi was a partner at British Columbia's largest law firm and an associate at a large regional Vancouver firm. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Urban Development Institute.
