About Surinder

Surinder Multani is a strong advocate who has represented clients at every level of court, up to and including the Supreme Court of Canada. She practices exclusively in family law and child protection, helping clients reach lasting resolutions to high-conflict parenting disputes and the financial issues that arise from separation, such as property division and support. Beyond her caseload, Surinder contributes content to LexisNexis and regularly presents at continuing professional development programs. She sits on the Family Law Executive Committee of the Ontario Bar Association and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association and the Advocates' Society.
