Scott N. Baldwin has a varied litigation practice representing clients in courts and administrative tribunals in British Columbia, Alberta, and Yukon. He regularly defends professionals, including lawyers, in claims and disciplinary proceedings arising from alleged errors or omissions, and also acts in personal injury, wrongful death, and estate litigation matters. Baldwin represents buyers, sellers, and realtors in real estate purchase and sale litigation, and has experience acting as an Independent Supervising Solicitor under Anton Piller orders. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia (2006) and was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 2007.
