About Suhaib
Suhaib Ibrahim has represented clients before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims Court, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, and labour arbitrators. He now applies that litigation background to helping workplaces run harassment and discrimination investigations, and advises employers and employees on workplace policy and disputes. He favours resolving conflicts through mediation over litigation where possible, aiming to make complex issues understandable to people from all backgrounds. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2011 after a B.A. in Humanities and Communication Studies from York University and a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School.
