About M.

M. Norka Zagazeta Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto in 2001 and a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan in 2004. Norka was called to the Florida Bar in 2005 and practiced immigration law in Miami before completing NCA accreditation and co-founding Zagazeta Garcia LLP. Norka is a Foreign Legal Consultant approved by the Law Society of Upper Canada and assists with Hague Convention child abduction matters.
