Stuart Werner is an associate at Sitka Law Group focusing on real estate transactions, estate planning, and estate administration. Born and raised in North Vancouver, Werner worked as a PADI scuba diving instructor before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in international business from Capilano University in 2019 and a JD from Thompson Rivers University in 2022. Werner articled at a firm in BC's interior, gaining experience in corporate and commercial law, estate administration, and real estate, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023 before relocating to Victoria.
