About Stuart

Stuart Werner is an associate at Sitka Law Group focusing on real estate transactions, estate planning, and estate administration. Born and raised in North Vancouver, Werner worked as a PADI scuba diving instructor before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in international business from Capilano University in 2019 and a JD from Thompson Rivers University in 2022. Werner articled at a firm in BC's interior, gaining experience in corporate and commercial law, estate administration, and real estate, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2023 before relocating to Victoria. Werner is a member of the Kamloops Aboriginal Friendship Society.
