About Steven

Steven Sheppard is a partner at SKS Law LLP with over 15 years of experience in real estate and development, advising developers, investors, and commercial landlords and tenants. He handles land use and zoning issues, acquisition and disposition of real estate assets, leasing, financing, and construction law, and has worked on complex real estate transactions and development projects. He also advises on corporate and commercial matters and estate and succession planning. Steven was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004, after earning an LLB from the University of New Brunswick in 2003 and a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
