About Gordon
Gordon Douglas is a partner at SKS Law LLP whose practice focuses on disputes and litigation, including commercial disputes, debt collection, professional negligence, environmental contamination, bankruptcy and insolvency, shareholder disagreements, and civil fraud. He has obtained court orders including Mareva injunctions, Anton Piller orders, and certificates of pending litigation, and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal for Ontario, as well as New Brunswick's Court of King's Bench and various arbitration panels. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1995 after earning an LLB from the University of Ottawa in 1993 and attending Carleton University. Before joining SKS Law LLP, he was a partner at a national law firm and worked as senior policy advisor to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Environment.
