About Denyse

Denyse Boulet is a partner at SKS Law LLP who practices in both French and English. She represents clients in disputes and litigation involving employment law, workplace safety, human rights, professional negligence, commercial and property disputes, language rights, defamation, pensions and benefits, and estates. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal, as well as numerous tribunals including the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal. She was called to the bar in 2010, earning her LLB cum laude from the University of Ottawa's French Common Law Section in 2009 and a psychology degree from Université de Moncton in 1988. Before joining SKS Law LLP, she worked as an associate at international law firms, as a partner at a boutique litigation firm, and as in-house corporate counsel for a large international retailer.
