About Sterling
Sterling Hillman is an associate in Boughton Law's Litigation group, focusing on civil litigation matters including judicial reviews of federal immigration decisions, construction disputes such as Builders Lien claims, and governance and regulatory matters for societies and sports organizations. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia. He successfully struck a self-represented plaintiff's claim in Gill v. Hain Celestial Canada, 2025 BCSC 1395, and defended a client at a three-day Provincial Court trial in Mehrabi v. Expohub International Trade & Events Inc.
