About Stephen
Stephen Sforza is a partner in the firm's Corporate/Commercial and Real Estate Groups, called to the bar in 2015. He works with entrepreneurs, real estate investors, professionals, small and medium-sized businesses, commercial lenders and borrowers, credit unions, and commercial landlords and tenants, offering tailored advice for each situation. His practice includes business formation, corporate reorganizations, buying and selling businesses, secured lending, commercial financing, tax rollovers, commercial leasing, and contract drafting and review. He also handles a range of residential and commercial real estate matters, including purchases, sales, assignments, and mortgage transactions. Stephen studied at Queen's University and Osgoode Hall Law School and works out of the firm's Durham office.
