About Jonathan
Jonathan Dippolito is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group, working on acquisitions, refinances, dispositions, estate matters, and pre-construction and newly built property purchases. He's admitted to practice in Ontario and New York State and began his career in creditor's rights and residential mortgage foreclosure litigation before moving into commercial and residential acquisitions and dispositions. Jonathan helps clients navigate the financial and legal uncertainties that can arise at any stage of a real estate transaction, aiming for practical solutions tailored to each situation. He was called to the bar in 2022 and studied at New York Law School and the University of Guelph.
