About Kelli
Kelli Preston's practice at Devry Smith Frank LLP focuses on professional negligence claims, real estate and mortgage litigation, recovery matters, bankruptcy, securities litigation, and general commercial litigation. She also handles mortgage recovery, debtor-creditor disputes, land severance applications, and personal injury matters, and has worked on cases at every level of court in Canada, including co-counselling significant trial and appellate matters and assisting on a multimillion-dollar arbitration. She graduated from Osgoode Hall with an LL.B. in 2002 and was called to the bar in January 2003, after 13 years working as a law clerk alongside senior lawyers in commercial litigation with an emphasis on solicitor negligence claims. She joined Devry Smith Frank in 2013 after previously being a partner at a downtown Toronto firm.
