About Spencer

Spencer Heath is a partner practising commercial and residential real estate, corporate and commercial law, and estate planning. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1992 and spent his first seven years as a litigator representing corporate and individual clients before moving into corporate and commercial work in the late 1990s. His practice now spans corporate organization, shareholder and partnership agreements, acquisitions and reorganizations, commercial financing, corporate tax, commercial real estate, and estate planning. He has belonged to the New York State Bar since 2005 and speaks conversational German.
