About Stephen
Stephen Brophy represents clients charged with all offences, in all levels of court, across Alberta, practising out of Pringle Law's Edmonton and Grande Prairie offices. Before pursuing law, he served as an Engineer Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces, commanding troops with 4 Engineer Service Regiment and 1 Combat Engineer Regiment. While at law school he volunteered with Student Legal Services and worked as a summer student at the Edmonton Rural and Regional Response Crown Prosecutor's Office, and in 2017 received the Norman J Pollock, KC, Prize in Advocacy for his advocacy coursework. Stephen completed a Bachelor of Engineering at Carleton University in 2010 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2017, articling under Justice Kent J. Teskey, and was called to the bar in 2018.
