About Stephanie

Stephanie practices corporate and commercial law, representing clients ranging from entrepreneurs to large corporations. She incorporates and organizes corporations, drafts shareholder, partnership and licence agreements, and has extensive experience with share and asset acquisitions across industries including healthcare, hospitality, insurance and professional services. She advises on corporate reorganizations such as estate freezes, share exchanges and rollovers, works with franchisors and franchisees on establishing and selling businesses, and represents both landlords and tenants in commercial lease matters. Stephanie obtained her law degree from the University of Ottawa in 2004 and was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2005; she previously ran her own practice for 13 years and is fluent in French and English with proficiency in Italian. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Bar Association, and has presented at the County of Carleton Law Association Solicitor's Conference on insurance and franchise law.
