About Alan
Alan is a partner in Gowling WLG's Toronto office and a member of the firm's Private Equity Group. He works with investment fund managers to form new investment funds of all types, including venture capital, private equity, infrastructure and real estate funds, typically with international investors. Alan also represents Canadian pension funds, insurance companies and other institutional investors in structuring their fund investments both within Canada and around the world, and assists sponsors and investors with co-investments and secondary transactions involving the purchase and sale of fund interests.
