About Stephanie

Stephanie Pasternak is the founding partner of Modern Family Law LLP. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006 and has focused exclusively on family and divorce law since 2007, later completing a Master of Laws in family law at Osgoode in 2010. Her practice covers custody and access, child and spousal support, and property division, and she brings substantial litigation experience along with a strong background in mediation and arbitration. Stephanie has completed advanced training in parenting coordination to help families manage complex issues after separation. She has taught family law to law clerks at Seneca College and co-coached the family law mooting team at Osgoode Hall, and she regularly presents at continuing education programs.
