About Stephanie

Stephanie Krol's practice has focused since 2009 on keeping families out of the court process, favoring resolutions reached through discussion and negotiation over litigation. She takes a client-centered approach aimed at fair, amicable outcomes and pays close attention to drafting, particularly complex agreements such as marriage contracts and separation agreements. Her practice areas include separation and divorce, parenting arrangements, child and spousal support, and property division. Stephanie earned her J.D. from Queen's University in 2009 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010, after completing a B.A. in psychology at York University.
