About Stefan

Stefan Wittman obtained a joint JD/MBA from the University of Victoria in 2014 and worked at Scarborough Herman Bluekens as an articling student and associate before opening Wittman Litigation in downtown Vancouver in July 2021. He has appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia, representing clients in motor vehicle accident claims, contractual disputes, and other insurance matters. Before articling, Wittman worked at the BC Securities Commission on an interprovincial derivatives regulation project. He volunteered with the Victoria chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada during law school and maintains an active pro bono practice through the Barristers' Roster Program with Access Pro Bono. He chairs the Board of Directors at Plan Institute, a disability advocacy organization involved in the Canada Disability Benefit initiative and the Disability Without Poverty movement.
