Class ActionsStacey Reisman is a senior associate whose litigation practice covers complex commercial matters, securities issues, administrative law, and class actions. She acts for clients in disputes involving shareholders, corporate governance, the duties of directors and officers, breach of contract, and other business-related torts. Her work also includes advising on compliance with securities rules and appearing before regulators like the OSC and the Financial Services Regulatory Authority, an area informed by her year-long stint in the OSC's Enforcement Division. She has appeared as counsel in Ontario's Superior Court of Justice, at the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal, before the Alberta Court of Appeal, and at the Supreme Court of Canada. Stacey has served as an instructor for Osgoode Hall's Trial Advocacy course and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, as well as The Advocates' Society. She once sat on the Ontario Bar Association's Class Action section executive committee, and returned to the OSC's Enforcement Division for a secondment in 2025.
