Stacey Douglas is counsel at Metallic Law, a bilingual lawyer with experience in public law, Indigenous law, and litigation. She was called to the bars of Ontario in 2012 and Québec in 2013, and holds undergraduate degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Political Studies from Queen's University, law degrees from McGill University, and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. She practised primarily in litigation until 2018, representing clients before the Federal Court, the Superior Courts of Québec and Ontario, the Specific Claims Tribunal, and the Supreme Court of Canada, then practised in-house with a First Nation from 2018 to 2025 advising on Aboriginal rights, governance, housing, lands, and infrastructure matters.
