About Casey

Casey is an associate lawyer and Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation who works primarily out of Kingston but travels across Eastern Ontario. He earned his LL.B. from the University of Leicester in the UK with first class honours, on an exclusive Canadian Spring Scholarship, and was a Moot Court champion who represented the university in London. Casey has argued cases before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Justice, and Small Claims Court, and has appeared before the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, License Appeal Tribunal, and Social Security Tribunal. He serves as a Regional Representative on the Ontario Bar Association's executive committee and coaches Queen's University's moot team for the Arnup Cup competition.
