About Jeremy

Jeremy Shragge is a trial and appellate lawyer whose practice focuses on business and real property disputes, estate litigation, civil appeals, solicitor's fee disputes, and judicial review of municipal and provincial government decisions. He has represented clients at all levels of court in British Columbia, the Alberta Court of King's Bench, and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has served for several years on the executive of the Canadian Bar Association's BC Branch Appellate Advocacy Section, becoming co-chair for 2025-2026. He regularly receives referrals from other lawyers for difficult appeals across commercial, matrimonial, personal injury, and administrative matters. For his pro bono work representing clients in the BC Court of Appeal, Access Pro Bono gave him its 2014 Allen Parker, Q.C. Award for Representation Services.
