About Sophie
Sophie is an associate at MDW Law practising family law in the Halifax office, called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2026. She holds a Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University, where she was awarded the Allistar Fraser Award in Family Law for the highest standing in family law courses in her graduating year. During law school she volunteered with the Dalhousie Legal Education Society's Consent Project, providing consent education to middle and high school students in Nova Scotia.
