About Joe
Joe Broadhurst obtained a Bachelor of Arts, with a Joint Specialist in Political Science and Philosophy, from the University of Toronto in 2005, then attended UBC for a law degree, completing it in 2008. After a year of articling, Broadhurst was called to the British Columbia Bar on May 4, 2009 and has focused on practising family law since. Broadhurst has represented clients in BC Provincial Court, BC Supreme Court, and the BC Court of Appeal on a wide variety of family law matters, and over more than fifteen years of practice has reached many successful settlements through negotiation and mediation, while remaining prepared to advocate in court when the situation requires it. Legal services are provided by Joe through a law corporation.
