About Sofia

Brault practises civil and commercial litigation and class actions. Before joining the firm, she worked as a research lawyer at the Quebec Court of Appeal and practised civil and commercial litigation at a large national firm. She also holds a bachelor's degree in dramatic arts from UQAM's École supérieure de théâtre, an unconventional background that has shaped a measured, creative approach to legal problems. Her work has included matters involving contract law, constitutional law, and employment law, professional liability disputes, class actions for both plaintiffs and defendants, and injunction and safeguard order proceedings.
