About Charles

Charles Derome founded Derome Avocats in 1985 and has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 1984. He practises civil and commercial law, with more than 30 years of experience in estates, personal rights law, commercial law, and real estate matters including commercial leases, property transactions, mortgage financing, construction law, co-ownership rights, and neighbour disputes. He has also taught at École Polytechnique de l'Université de Montréal, and the firm emphasizes litigation representation paired with pragmatic, negotiated solutions to disputes.
