About Guy-Philippe

Bouchard has been a member of the Barreau du Québec for more than a decade and joined Belleau Lapointe in 2020 after practising litigation and claims management at a multidisciplinary firm offering legal and insurance services. He has strong experience in civil and commercial litigation, particularly construction and insurance law, typically representing general and mechanical contractors in liability disputes involving all participants in the construction industry. He has also developed a specialization advising on denial of insurance coverage and has appeared before all of Quebec's civil courts and a wide range of administrative tribunals. He holds a physics degree from McGill's Faculty of Science and has an affinity for matters with a significant scientific or technical dimension.
