About Simon

Simon Lusztig is developing a broad civil litigation practice focused on complex commercial disputes and appellate advocacy. Before joining DJA Counsel he clerked for two justices of the Court of Appeal for British Columbia and articled in the Toronto office of a national firm, and was called to the Ontario bar in 2023 before the British Columbia bar in 2025. During law school he received multiple academic awards, mentored first-year students, completed an externship at an international financial institution, and competed in the Davies Corporate/Securities Moot.
