About Shiva
Shiva Bhardwaj grew up in Delhi, India, and became a lawyer in 2017 after graduating from I.P. University in Delhi. He completed a Master of Laws at the University of British Columbia in 2024, then articled in Kamloops and joined Cates Ford Soll & Epp as an associate lawyer. In India he practised family law, criminal law, civil litigation, and banking law, securing bail orders and serving as a panel lawyer for government banks, and he adjudicated more than 30 matters as a sole arbitrator. During his LL.M. he volunteered with the Law Students' Legal Advice Program, and his articling experience covered family law, civil litigation, and matters before the Human Rights Tribunal, Residential Tenancy Branch, and Small Claims Court. Shiva offers legal services in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
