About Catrina
Catrina Thomas attended law school at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops and was called to the bar in 2024 after articling in the Lower Mainland. She earned two British Columbia Public Interest Awards and several course prizes during law school. While at TRU, she served as a student representative for the Kamloops Bar Association, worked as a teaching assistant in first-year constitutional law, and was a student clinician at the TRU Community Legal Clinic. She has volunteered with the MS Society through Pro Bono Students Canada and has served for over a decade on the board of Vela Microboard, a not-for-profit supporting people with disabilities. At Cates Ford Soll & Epp, Catrina is building a family law practice alongside an elder law practice.
