About Aachal
Aachal Soll practises primarily in family law and child protection, and has also handled BC Human Rights Tribunal cases. She earned a BA in political science and criminology from Simon Fraser University in 2011 and her JD from Thompson Rivers University, and was called to the bar in 2016. She serves both private and Legal Aid clients, representing spouses in provincial and supreme court on parenting arrangements, child support, spousal support, and property division, and she is trained to prepare Hear the Child Reports. She also represents parents and children in child protection proceedings, including cases involving the Ministry of Children and Family Development. Aachal has chaired the Kamloops section of the Women Lawyers Forum and served on several Canadian Bar Association BC committees.
