About Shilpa

Shilpa Mehta is an associate whose practice covers immigration law, real estate, and estate planning. Born and raised in India, she earned an Honours B.A. in Political Science and an LL.B. from Punjab University before completing a master's in international business law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University. She worked as a legal assistant at Weaver Simmons for two years before being called to the bar and joining the firm as an associate in May 2024. She teaches business law part time at Cambrian College.
