About Shelley
Shelley Quinte practices employment and labour law and human rights, advising and representing federal and provincial employers in the public and private sectors before arbitrators, the Labour Board, and other administrative boards and tribunals. She previously served as managing partner of a 13-lawyer Ontario firm and continues to represent clients in both British Columbia and Ontario. She earned a BA in Political Studies from Lakehead University in 1994 and her LLB from the University of Windsor in 1997, winning the Koskie Minsky Award for Labour Arbitration. She was called to the bar in Ontario in 1999 and in British Columbia in 2012, the year she joined Pearlman Lindholm after practicing in Ontario. She is a contributing author, presenter, and lecturer, offering workshops and management-specific training to HR professionals and executive teams.
