About Shelina

Shelina Sayani has specialized exclusively in family law for over 20 years and has extensive experience across all areas of family practice. She is a Collaborative Family Lawyer as well as a certified Family Law Mediator and Parenting Coordinator, handling matters including adoption, child and spousal support, guardianship, property and asset division, cohabitation and marriage agreements, and family law arbitration. Shelina is a member of the Family Mediator Roster with Mediate BC, the BC Parenting Coordinator Roster Society, the BC Collaborative Roster Society, Collaborative Divorce Group Vancouver, and serves as legal advisor and court designate with the REACH Program for reunification and co-parenting in high-conflict cases.
