About Shelby

Shelby Fitzgerald is an associate at McKercher LLP's Saskatoon office with a general litigation practice emphasizing Indigenous law, insurance defence, and criminal defence. Her criminal work spans offences from assault and mischief to sexual assault, robbery, and firearms charges, and she has appeared before multiple Saskatchewan courts and federal tribunals. She serves as a sessional lecturer teaching Trial Advocacy and coaches the Western Canada Moot at the University of Saskatchewan's College of Law.
