About Tom

Tom Baldry is a litigation lawyer with a focus on bankruptcy, insolvency, and debt recovery matters, as well as commercial litigation and administrative law. He has represented banks, credit unions, private lenders, and individuals in court proceedings relating to personal, commercial, and farm loans and mortgages, and has appeared at every level of court in Saskatchewan, the Federal Court, and the Federal Court of Appeal. Tom previously worked as a supervising lawyer at a pro bono legal clinic in Saskatoon, specializing in administrative, constitutional, human rights, and immigration law.
