About Shazaib
Shazaib Rashid maintains a combined corporate/commercial and litigation practice. On the corporate side he assists businesses with incorporations, amalgamations, shareholder and director resolutions, purchase agreements, contracts, security registrations, employment matters and corporate tax, and advises condominium corporations on governance and bylaws. His litigation work includes insurance defence, condominium disputes and commercial contract claims. Before law school he worked as an auditor with PwC and is currently pursuing CPA Canada's In-Depth Tax program. Shazaib holds a JD and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, and speaks English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu.
