About Jackie
Jackie Bartlett is a Senior Associate who has practised condominium law since being called to the Ontario bar in 2016, handling disputes that arise between condominium corporations, their boards, and unit owners. She has developed particular expertise in recent amendments to the Condominium Act, 1998, covering issues like cannabis legalization, noise and nuisance complaints, and short-term rental restrictions. Jackie has worked on several precedent-setting condominium cases and regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Condominium Authority Tribunal, the Toronto Small Claims Court, and the Human Rights Tribunal, as well as representing clients at mediations and arbitrations.
